We dance the first hour with music as the teacher, a Sweat Your Prayers® wave to explore your own dance.
As we begin the guided journey, encouraged with words;
your body is already engaged.

Each week the music, the words, the themes of all the classes are different, but usually include a trip through the body,
rediscovering it as it wants to move now.
