we dance, finding truth in the body; the meditation is a celebration
a vitality of the soul alive through exploration and play
through depth and expression
through listening and wonder
the first part of class is a sweat your prayers®;
an hour where music is the invitation and your body is the teacher
encompassing the 5Rhythms®.

in the second part of the class we will go on a collective journey exploring breath, becoming fascinated with our bodies, our movements, our dance, our relationships to self, others, and the tribe.

drawing from the roots of the work; 5rhythms®, soul motion™, and what is current in our bodies, we craft a time for our sacred depths and our ecstatic selves.
